AUREA Group acquires 99% of BOLTON LEGO’s shares.
The AUREA Group is quoted in Paris Stock Exchange, and is specialized in regeneration and recycling. Its success following the buyout of the company AFFIMET (aluminium recycling) at the end of 2009 conduced AUREA to pursue its development in non-ferrous metals by acquiring BOLTON LEGO.
