Customer oriented policy

In order to satisfy the ever increasing demands of its customers, M LEGO has implemented a Total Quality Management System, to become more and more competitive by controlling the costs and honouring lead times.
Our quality system, the cornerstone of our business, enables M LEGO’s procedures to evolve as its clients’ requirements change and to achieve new levels of product quality and customer service.

The Quality Management System of M Lego has been approved by Lloyds’s Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management System standards : AS 9100 Rev.B / EN9100:2003 JISQ 9100:2004 – certificate No FQA4001274/B.

Quality Control Laboratory

With the benefit of the latest high-performance equipment, the laboratory is able to ensure quality control of all finished products.
From monitoring raw materials received into the factory, to the finished bars manufactured in accordance with international standards or individual customer specifications.
On request, test certificates [of type 3.1] can be provided, together with chemical analysis and mechanical specification, for all deliveries.

• Hardness / Tensile Strength Testing Machines
• Impact Testing Machine
• Microscope
• Ultrasound / Eddy Current Testing

R&D Product Development

Our technical team is committed to product development according to current standards or customers’ bespoke specifications.

M Lego has a real technical and metallurgical knowhow, which enable us dedicated process to our customer’s needs.
We are working on the chemical composition, the hardness (Hot extrusion or cold drawing) and thermical treatment (we propose a wide range of 25 thermical treatments.)

M Lego is also able to provide to its customer, a partnership to work on their own issues.

Thanks to our technical equipment, our knowledge and our commitments, we are able to provide technical and Quality information. M Lego is the only Supplier to propose this kind of partnership.
